Jim Briare

Jim Briare is an artist based in Las Vegas. Always creative, he started making 8mm films, acting, and doing radio shows when he was a kid. He also loved cultural jamming and spontaneous performance art.

After college, Jim got a job as a designer for a sporting goods company. Soon he moved on into the advertising world where he won 2 Addy Awards. He was then recruited to Mandalay Resort Group, one of the largest resort casino companies in the world. There, he did photography, video production, site-specific installations, and graphic design. He also oversaw the purchase of all the fine art for the company’s galleries and public space retail displays. Mandaly Resort Group was purchased by MGM Resorts and Jim moved his creative journey into communications. From there he wears his many hats at Light & Wonder, one of the largest gaming equipment manufactures in the world.

Jim is a talented artist with a wide range of interests. He is passionate about his work and always looking for new ways to express himself. He is also a great collaborator and is always willing to help others achieve their creative goals.
